Based on my understanding, mind games played by God in peoples' lives are justified as Leelas. His creation that causes situations bringing forth our responses to fulfill previous karmas and create new ones that takes shape according to Prakrithi. This game is played out of pure love....for us to rise.
On the other hand, when mortals play such games against mortals, it takes a whole different perspective. It is generally played for one's love. Do we rise?
