Mornings and Nights are as good or as bad as what or how we think about them. Its all our thoughts that make things good or bad, is my feel. So, no thought of ours should be overtaking us so much that we feel loosing parts of us... At the end we feel its not worth it @ all. Something affects us badly, which will invariably happen with human emotions, we should immediately try and channelize it to things we love / for lesser-gifted ppl...Just thought of sharing my bit! This too shall pass and All izz well :)
Experiences....its all in the mind. Just remain as a witness to events and experiences that come by and do not get sucked in. This 'tatvam or inner truth is easy to say and advice others but not easy to put into practice for as human beings, we tend to be drawn to emotions. So what do we do? A verse from the Bhagavad Geeta (Chap 6) says, use your intellect to lift yourself up. When u need to make decisions, use the head and not the heart.

Sri: At a level, what you say is right.
Thanks for your thoughts and time. It's wonderful to have an unseen friend pour such words on my post.
