The catalyst

Muse.

The very word is amusing. It lives in its own existence. A muse is to an artist what a catalyst is to a chemical reaction. Basically, what God is to creation or life. As Osho says: The catalyst does not cause any reaction or creation though without its presence nothing can be created; nothing happens.

The relationship between a muse and her artist is the most indefinable relationship.

hmmm... Actually the muse and artist are some how codependent... The muse is because artist is.. The artist is because the muse is...

Sanchali: I agree. It is a cyclical process. Yin and Yang. There is no border or boundary between the two.

Ani: Yep, I agree totally. Only outwardly they are different. Inwardly, they are one. Awesome.

Agreed -- there is a kind of relationship/link between an artist and the muse. To me the muse is a form of artistic inspiration for the artist -- to assist the artist to be absorbed in thought, to bring him to heights and inspire him which in turn will turn on the tap that brings a flow of ideas.

The muse and the artist is connected like cause and effect.

However, when it comes to God, its totally different. I feel He stands above all - for He is the creation and life, existing in everything.
